Careers for physiotherapists

Work with Physio Seremban as a freelance or part-time physiotherapist

We connect patients in Seremban, Nilai and across Negeri Sembilan to physiotherapists who fit their case. If you are MAHPC-registered and want flexible caseload on your own schedule, we would like to hear from you.

Physio Seremban is not a single clinic. We are an independent directory that connects patients across Negeri Sembilan to physiotherapists who suit their condition, language and location. That means we are always interested in hearing from physiotherapists who want steady, matched referrals without being tied to one employer's schedule.

This page is the starting point for physiotherapists. Below you will find the three main ways physios work with us, honest pay ranges for each, and how to apply. Every arrangement is flexible: you decide how many patients you take, which parts of Seremban, Nilai or the rest of the state you cover, and whether you want home visits, clinic sessions, or a mix.

Indicative pay ranges

Freelance home-visit session RM 90–160 per session (approx. RM 60–120/hour)
Part-time clinic session approx. RM 50–90/hour
Mobile / area-based session RM 90–170 per session, incl. travel (approx. RM 60–120/hour)

Ranges are indicative and vary with your experience, the case type, and travel distance. Home-visit and mobile figures reflect that patients in Seremban and Nilai typically pay RM 80–150 for an initial session. Confirm your own rates directly when you apply.

Three ways physiotherapists work with us

We keep the arrangements simple and let you pick what fits your life:

  • Freelance home-visit physiotherapist: you travel to patients' homes across Seremban and Nilai for post-op, post-stroke, elderly and mobility-limited cases. Best for physios who like autonomy and one-to-one rehab.
  • Part-time clinic physiotherapist: you take fixed session blocks at partner clinics near Seremban town, Rasah or Senawang. Best if you want predictable hours and a treatment room without running your own space.
  • Mobile / area-based physiotherapist: you cover a defined zone, such as Port Dickson, Bandar Sri Sendayan or the Nilai–KLIA corridor, mixing home visits and community sessions. Best for physios who want to own a territory.

Who we are looking for

You should be registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC), or eligible and in the process of registering. Fresh graduates from Nilai University, INTI International University, Manipal International University, USIM and other Malaysian programmes are welcome, alongside experienced clinicians.

What matters most is reliability, clear communication with patients in at least one of English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin, and sound clinical reasoning. Musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, sports, paediatric and geriatric backgrounds are all useful, because the enquiries we receive span all of them.

How referrals reach you

Patients contact us on WhatsApp with their condition, area and language preference. We match the enquiry to a physiotherapist on our panel whose caseload, coverage area and availability fit, and pass it to you. You confirm the appointment and manage the clinical relationship directly.

There is no cold-calling and no buying leads. You are never obliged to accept a referral that does not suit you, and you set your own rates within the honest ranges above.

How to apply

Applying takes a couple of minutes. Message us on WhatsApp or email your CV, and include your MAHPC registration status, years of experience, the arrangement you prefer, the areas of Negeri Sembilan you can cover, and your general availability.

We reply within Malaysian business hours. From there we will talk through case types, coverage and rates before any patient is referred to you.
