Our medical review policy

How clinical content on Physio Seremban is written, reviewed, updated, and corrected.

What Physio Seremban is — and is not

Physio Seremban is an independent trilingual directory for physiotherapy in Seremban and Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. It is a resource and a referral service, not a clinic. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or manage care. Our role is to explain conditions and treatments in plain language and connect patients to a registered physiotherapist via WhatsApp.

Who reviews our clinical content

All condition, treatment, comparison, and pillar-guide pages are reviewed before publication by M Thurairaj, Registered Physiotherapist, Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC). Review sign-off happens in writing before the page goes live. Reviewer credentials and MAHPC registration are published on the reviewer's public bio.

How often we re-review

Pillar guides are re-reviewed every 6 months. All other clinical pages are re-reviewed at least every 12 months, or immediately when Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH) clinical practice guidelines or MAHPC professional guidance change. Each page displays its last-reviewed date.

What triggers an out-of-cycle review

A page is re-reviewed out of cycle when: (1) a reader or partner physiotherapist flags a factual or safety concern via WhatsApp or the contact form; (2) a new MOH clinical practice guideline is published that changes practice for the condition; (3) a new randomised controlled trial or systematic review meaningfully shifts first-line management; or (4) our editorial team identifies outdated language during freshness audits.

How to flag an inaccuracy

Message us on WhatsApp with the page URL and the specific claim you believe is incorrect. We acknowledge within two Malaysian business days, take the page offline if the concern is a safety issue, and post a corrections note on the page once the review is complete.

This site does not replace a clinician

Educational content is not personal medical advice. If you have red-flag symptoms (new loss of bladder or bowel control, progressive leg weakness, fever with back pain, chest pain, stroke symptoms, or a serious injury) you should go to the nearest emergency department or call 999. For non-emergencies, WhatsApp us and we will point you to a physiotherapist in Seremban or Nilai.
