How it works
Four simple steps, all on WhatsApp. No forms, no phone calls, no sales pressure.

The four steps
- 01
WhatsApp us
Send us a message on WhatsApp. Tell us what hurts in your own words.
- 02
Share a few details
We ask about your condition, how long you've had it, and your area, so we can find someone close by.
- 03
We suggest a physio that fits
We recommend one or two physios whose experience matches your case. If yours fits better outside Seremban or Nilai, we'll say so.
- 04
You book directly with them
You contact the physio yourself, however they prefer. No booking fee and no middleman.
What makes a match better
The most useful messages include your area, the main symptom, how it started, how long it has lasted, whether you need a home visit, and any language preference. A short note is enough; we are not asking for a full medical history. If the details suggest red flags or a specialist-first pathway, we will say that instead of forcing a physio booking.
When to use A&E instead
We are not an emergency service. If you have red-flag symptoms (sudden weakness, incontinence, chest pain, stroke signs, severe injury), go to the nearest A&E or call 999.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this free?
- Yes, the matching service is free for patients. We never charge you anything.
- What if I'm not sure what my condition is?
- Describe the problem in your own words (e.g. "lower back pain after sitting", "knee pain after running"). You don't need a diagnosis to message us.
- Can you recommend a physio outside Negeri Sembilan?
- Sometimes, yes. If your case fits better with someone elsewhere, we'll say so.
- Do I need a doctor's referral?
- No, in Malaysia you can see a private physiotherapist directly. If your case needs a doctor first, we'll say so.
Not sure which physio fits your case?
Message us on WhatsApp with your condition and area: we'll point you to a physio in Seremban or Nilai that matches.
