How it works
Four steps, all on WhatsApp. No forms, no phone calls, no sales pressure.
The four steps
- 01
You WhatsApp us
Tap any WhatsApp button on the site — floating, header, or end-of-page. The message opens pre-filled with the topic of the page you came from, but you can rewrite it freely before sending.
- 02
We ask a few quick questions
A human (not a bot) asks about your condition, how long you have had it, any red-flag symptoms, your postcode or preferred area, and the language you want the physio to speak. Usually four to six messages.
- 03
We match you to a physio
Based on the condition, location, and language, we name one or two partner physios in Seremban or Nilai whose caseload fits. We explain why they are a good match and share their public credentials.
- 04
You book directly
You contact the physio yourself — by WhatsApp, their website, or however they prefer. No booking fee, no call-centre handover. We stay available if you want to come back for a different issue later.
Hours & response time
We reply on WhatsApp during Malaysian business hours — roughly Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm — typically within a couple of hours. Messages received late at night or on Sundays are answered the next working day. Urgent red-flag symptoms should never wait for us: go to the nearest A&E (e.g. Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar) or call 999.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this free?
- Yes, the matching service is free for patients. Partner physios pay a flat monthly listing fee; they do not pay per enquiry, and we never charge the patient.
- What if I'm not sure what my condition is?
- Describe the problem in your own words — "lower back pain that gets worse after sitting", "knee pain after running", "father had a stroke two weeks ago". We'll ask follow-up questions. You do not need a diagnosis to message us.
- Can you recommend a physio outside Negeri Sembilan?
- No. We only cover Seremban, Nilai, Port Dickson, and the other Negeri Sembilan cities listed on the state hub. For other states, a local directory will serve you better.
- What languages can I write in?
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, or 中文 — all handled by a human reviewer fluent in that language. Feel free to mix languages in one message; that's how most Negeri Sembilan patients actually write.
- Do you store my messages?
- WhatsApp messages stay on WhatsApp's servers; we do not import them into a separate CRM. We keep brief internal notes ("post-stroke, Nilai, EN") so we can pick up where we left off if you message us again.
Not sure which physio fits your case?
Message us on WhatsApp with your condition and postcode — we'll point you to a physio in Seremban or Nilai that matches.
