What we do
We help patients in Seremban, Nilai, and the rest of Negeri Sembilan find a physiotherapist that fits their condition, language, and location. Every enquiry starts on WhatsApp. We ask about the condition, postcode, and preferred language, then point the patient to a partner physio whose caseload fits.
What this site is
Physio Seremban is a physiotherapy information directory — an educational resource plus a WhatsApp matching service. We explain conditions, treatments, and recovery timelines in plain language across English, Bahasa Malaysia, and 中文. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or manage treatment; that remains the role of the registered physiotherapist the patient is matched to.
Why a directory, not another clinic
Most patients in Negeri Sembilan find physios through Google Maps — where the ranking reflects ad spend and review volume, not clinical fit. A paediatric case and a post-stroke case need very different physios, even if both live in Seremban 2. A directory separates the "who has a strong website" question from the "who is the right physio for this patient" question.
Who reviews our clinical content
Every condition, treatment, comparison, and pillar-guide page is reviewed by M Thurairaj (Registered Physiotherapist (MAHPC)) before it goes live. Pillar guides are re-reviewed every six months; other clinical pages are reviewed at least annually, or immediately when MOH clinical practice guidelines change.
Editorial independence
No partner physiotherapist can edit, approve, or block the content of any condition, treatment, comparison, or guide page. Partner physios pay a flat listing fee; they do not pay per enquiry. Rankings inside our internal matching logic are based on clinical fit and location, not commercial terms.
Privacy & contact
Every patient enquiry routes through WhatsApp. We do not publish a phone number, we do not host a contact form that collects personal health data, and we do not display clinic addresses or directions. The WhatsApp number is rendered only as a wa.me link — never as plain text.
