How Physio Seremban is funded, how content is written across three languages, how we use AI tools, and how we correct mistakes.
Independence
Physio Seremban is an independent directory, not owned by or affiliated with any single clinic. We match patients to partner physios based on condition, language and location, not on who pays us the most.
How we are funded
Partner physios pay a flat listing fee, not per enquiry, and article content is never sponsored. No partner can edit, approve or block any page; our match logic ranks by clinical fit and location, not commercial terms.
Trilingual authorship, not auto-translation
Every page exists in English, Malay and Chinese, with each version originally written in that language. Clinical terms come with everyday words in all three.
Use of AI tools
We use AI assistants during drafting and research for speed, not for clinical judgement. Every clinical page is reviewed end-to-end by a human editor and signed off by our medical reviewer before publication.
Sources and citations
Clinical claims reference MOH practice guidelines, MAHPC guidance, or peer-reviewed systematic reviews. We prefer local evidence over imported US/EU guidance when the two diverge.
Corrections
We publish corrections transparently: when a factual error is identified we update the page, add a dated correction note at the bottom, and re-run medical review if clinical content changed. See our medical-review policy for safety-sensitive changes and out-of-cycle review triggers.
What we do not publish
We do not publish unverifiable patient testimonials, hard clinic pricing or content that implies we provide direct medical care; all patient contact is through WhatsApp, never phone. We do not list physiotherapists outside Negeri Sembilan.
