How Physio Seremban is funded, how content is written across three languages, how we use AI tools, and how we correct mistakes.
Independence
Physio Seremban is an independent directory. We are not owned by, operated by, or affiliated with any single clinic. When a patient contacts us on WhatsApp, we match them to a partner physiotherapist based on their condition, language, and location — not on who pays us the most.
How we are funded
Partner physiotherapists pay a flat listing fee; they do not pay per enquiry or per converted patient. Article content is never sponsored. No partner can edit, approve, or block the content of a condition, treatment, comparison, or guide page. Rankings in our internal match logic are based on clinical fit and location, not commercial terms.
Trilingual authorship, not auto-translation
Every page exists in English, Malay, and Chinese, and each version is written in that language — not machine-translated from English. Malay content uses conversational Malaysian Malay, not Indonesian; Chinese content uses Simplified Chinese suitable for Negeri Sembilan readers. Clinical terms are paired with everyday words across all three languages.
Use of AI tools
We use AI assistants during drafting and research for speed — not for clinical judgement. No clinical page is published without a human editor reviewing it end-to-end, and no condition, treatment, comparison, or pillar guide is published without sign-off from our medical reviewer. Claims of effectiveness, risk, or timelines are cross-checked against MOH clinical practice guidelines and current Malaysian practice before publication.
Sources and citations
Clinical claims reference Malaysian MOH clinical practice guidelines, MAHPC professional guidance, or peer-reviewed systematic reviews where available. We prefer local evidence over imported US/EU guidance when the two diverge. Where a claim is based on expert opinion rather than guidelines, we say so.
Corrections
We publish corrections transparently. When a factual error is identified, we update the page, add a dated correction note at the bottom, and re-run medical review if clinical content changed. See our medical-review policy for safety-sensitive changes and out-of-cycle review triggers.
What we do not publish
We do not publish patient testimonials that cannot be verified, hard clinic pricing, or content that implies we provide direct medical care. We do not publish phone numbers or promote phone-call contact — all patient contact is through WhatsApp. We do not list physiotherapists outside Negeri Sembilan.
